Code of Conduct

All of our listed driving instructors are fully qualified and have agreed to follow our code of conduct which is as recommended by the DSA while providing driving lessons.

This is as follows;

• At all times treat clients with care, courtesy, respect and consideration

• During driving lesson time, there should be no physical contact with a client, except in an emergency situation

• Telephone calls/text messages for both parties should be made at a reasonable time of day e.g. 8am-8pm approx. unless urgent

• Driving School car must be kept clean and tidy inside and outside

• Good time keeping is essential and the driving instructor must advise client if late

• Ensure full duration of driving lesson is given

• Dress code - clean, tidy and smart

• Each lesson is for paying client only, there are no lifts for other clients between lessons.

• On or before the first driving lesson, the driving instructor should provide clients with a written copy of their terms and conditions of business - to include:
◦ Full details of Driving Instructor

◦ Price and duration of driving lessons

◦ The terms under which cancellations apply either by the driving instructor or client

◦ Complaints procedure

◦ Refund policy details where applicable in case of block booking payments
